Hi, just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love Salba!!!! I found I had more control over my eating due to less hunger and less sweet tooth cravings. I used the samples at breakfast time and it really helped me to not overeat. I drank a lot more water instead of eating just because I really wasn;'t all that hungry.
